very helpful staff. My car broke down at 6pm on a weekday, and directed me to a mechanic right around the corner. He was closed, but diagnosed my problem and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. He didn't even want to charge me, but I gave him all the cash I had on me which was about $45.00
