Absolutely fair pricing, and they're totally upfront about how much time it will take to do a job (and they often get it done sooner). On top of that, I don't think we've ever had to bring a car back because they screwed something up! They really care about their customers and we don't really trust anyone else in the area with our cars.”
“Since the flex pipe repair was done, I’ve had no problems and it was done maybe 18 mos to two years ago. The shop I usually go to in my area gave me an estimate so much greater than Jax.

“This was my first time getting an oil change at Auto Tech & it was a good experience! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable waiting area, and quality service. I called ahead and was able to come get my oil change within the hour. My only complaint is that they were playing golf on the tv… ? Jokes aside, great company & great service! I will be going back soon to have them replace my grill :)”

“This is the second time I have brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade to NRF.
I am very happy to say that after living in the area since 1991, I have finally found a mechanic that I will stick with.
Any time I have had to have my car serviced, the mechanics usually tell me that my car is a piece of garbage and I should get rid of it and buy a new one.
Not NRF! They realize not everyone can do that and each time they have gone the extra mile to fix my car (which is not easy) due to rust and all the can's of worms that can pop up when working on an older vehicle.
Norm (the owner) comes off as a straight shooter and I haven't felt taken advantage of because he keeps me posted every step of the way.
I feel his prices are fair and both times my car has been worked on, I'm certain that much more time was spent in labor than what I was charged.
I also enjoyed watching the interaction between Norm and his mechanic, Scott. They definitely seemed to bounce things off of one another like a true team.
Met Chris, the Office Administrator today and even Norm's wife. Both gals were very friendly.
I really love the vibe of a good old fashioned mom and pop business.
The only problem I have in giving NRF a good review is I'm selfish and hate the thought that next time I might have to wait a week to bring my car in (like so many other shops).
Each time Norm and Scott have gotten me in the same day with the goal of finishing the work by the end of the day or the next morning.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Norm and his whole team.
