I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.
No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work.
They’re busy (which is a good sign), but they still treat me like my business matters. They’re professional, grateful for the work, and genuinely appreciative of their customers—something you don’t always see anymore. “Just had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire. I purchased my tires online before arriving and scheduled an appointment, which made the entire process incredibly smooth. From check-in to having all four tires replaced, the total time was only about 40 minutes.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I especially appreciated the app that provided real-time updates on my vehicle's progress. It gave me plenty of time to run over to nearby stores, grab a snack, and return right when my vehicle was ready.
The team let me know everything went smoothly, including that my alignment was already in great shape. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on products or services I didn't need. Honest, fast, and professional service is hard to beat.
