“We had a fantastic experience with Sharp Auto Body. Louie and his team saved us from a low ball repair offer from our insurance company, and even recommended a mediator to solve the discrepancy. The repairs were originally projected by the insurance company at only $1500 and after Louie’s assistance, the insurance company was forced to pay almost $12,000 in repairs on my wife’s brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. “My 2014 Nissan Murano became completely disabled today in the Fox Lake Culver's Restaurant parking lot; with all my coolant leaking out into the ground, and white smoke coming out under the hood.
The restaurant manager saw I was in distress and called you guys for me. Liam promptly showed up and towed my car to the Nissan dealership. They had done coolant work on my car only 2 weeks ago!
Of note, I am a AAA+ member paying a high annual membership fee, and they could not get a tow truck to me for nearly 2 hours! I couldn't even talk to an actual person. I was in tears! Then Liam with your company came out in only 10 minutes!! I cannot say enough about how he and your company made a terrible day better. THANK YOU!!”
