“Dropped off my tire . Had a valve stem leak and instead of just replacing the whole TPMS sensor they found that it was just a piece of the sensor that was bad and replaced that. You don’t get that kind of service every day. Will be using them for my future needs for sure .”

John’s Complete Auto Service squeezed me in the same day so I could make my drive back home and not miss an important meeting. Their price was more than reasonable when they could have easily taken advantage of someone from out of state, but instead, they provided top-tier service with complete integrity. “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I especially appreciated the app that provided real-time updates on my vehicle's progress. It gave me plenty of time to run over to nearby stores, grab a snack, and return right when my vehicle was ready.
