“It had been the longest of days, experienced 3 seasons of weather over 500 miles in a box truck and trailer… Booked a room through my work travel app and arrived begging for nothing only rest… On the contrary my strife was not complete as there were issues with my check-in. (It happens often to be frank) What bares denoting and celebrating is the care and consideration, professional/innovative service that I received from Fatima to help and support my successful and correct check-in process. I don’t know when I have received such poignant and accurate information from such a bright young person. Just my 2 cents

“Great hotel but the staff are the real shining stars here. Very helpful and super friendly and genuinely want you to have a great experience while staying with them. My car broke down about 20 minutes away, I was stranded and needed to find a place nearby. The temps were dropping to single digits and it was still snowing pretty heavy with 30 mph wind gusts. I call Comfort Inn and spoke with Alex. I told her I was going to be checking in but I would be there soon because I had to walk. She was actively watching out for me and concerned because of the weather. When I arrived she seemed relieved that I made it ok. That is next level care and compassion for another person. It made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable and great people!”
“I stayed here overnight when I had the misfortune of flying United. Everything seemed reasonable to me and the manager was responsive to my questions and had the breakfast ready on time. And I accidentally left in a hurry with my key and they did not charge me. Lastly, my room was clean. I would stay here again.”

“A good place to stay in the suburbs of Chicago at reasonable price with friendly management, receptionists and staff. I recommend this place for many reasons such as easy walking distance to many food facilities, gas station, bowling, public transportation ( easy connection to Schaumburg shopping center, Rosemont outlet stores, Ohare airport ) . The rooms are quiet and clean . You can feel comfortable and cozy at this place.
Safety: Lots of security cameras that keep me filled safely. Police presented very often, patrolling all surrounding area- thanks Hoffman Estates PD keeping safety for residents and guests.”

“Visited a few weeks ago with my mom and her friend. The location was fine, however, the insides do need a little updating. It's not run down, just a little outdated. The front desk was nice. I did appreciate that we got our deposit back right away instead of having to wait a few days for it as most hotels/motels make you wait. There's also a bus stop that's about a 4 minute walk away so if you need transportation, that's a plus as well. The hair dryer in our room was broken so we couldn't dry our hair but everything else was fine.”

“i'm very grateful for the river inn motel. in the past my husband and i stayed there for a few weeks then after an unfortunate eviction and my husband's disability we needed a bridge until we got into our new apartment. i was very impressed with the upgrades and with how super clean the rooms were from previous years prior. you do not have to worry about bugs at all! the owners son mitel was very sympathetic about our situation and needs. he was very accommodating and polite. *one tip: do not walk on thier propery and find yourself in there yard...oops i jumped thier fence to get over back to hotel side and because of this i got blamed for breaking a window in back...(if i did it i would take full responsibility) but, i came "home" after a long day of being iny hot car and interviewing to the news that i had 3 hours to pack up everything , load our car somehow that was already full, find a new motel...oh my god! i was told i had to be there by 9th. on the 9th early a.m my husband called to say we are on the way and guess what? everything got thrown away already. bunk shit right there! clothes fine but my bracelet my mother gave me on my wedding day, my paw print of my two lil furry babies, and my blanket as a little girl just given to me....gone :( no proof but "must of been me" due to my one night of walking around the motel and accidentally ended up in thier yard.”
