I had assumed they could all be returned without packaging. He was very helpful and I wish I had asked his name so I could reference it here. Great customer service!”

“Possibly the most efficient UPS store if not shipping establishment in the area to conduct business in. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions, and they go out of their way to assist me and my elderly grandparent when we both visited on one occasion. They are fast even when they're short on staff. A lot of the negative reviews for this store are laughably incompetent, because many of them are problems with UPS delivery services themselves rather than the store staff. If you're looking to conduct shipping business, I HIGHLY recommend this store.”

“Good service helpful helped me pack my Amazon returns but made me pay a few bucks for packaging when it’s supposed to be free Amazon states no box required just a QR code which I had so idk maybe the employee was new but he was still professional and nice and helped me out but think he didn’t fully understand how the Amazon returns work guessing he’s new”
