Anytime Fitness in Frankfort offers 24/7 access in a very clean facility with great equipment and a chill vibe. The recent remodel has made the space feel more open and inviting. Members highlight fantastic additions like a new sauna, specifically an infrared sauna, along with red light therapy, tanning beds, and hydro massage. The gym provides one-on-one personal training with top notch trainers and group workouts. The staff is described as very cool, wonderful, informative, and good humored, creating a supportive community where members feel at home. While most feedback is overwhelmingly positive, one note mentions that the new placement of some leg machines is not good, as it removes a source of motivation. Overall, it is considered a great place to achieve your fitness goals in a pretty nice area.
