“I have only been going to CrossFit Rua for a few weeks, but so far the community is very warm and the programming is challenging, but also very fun! Also, the coaches are on point!”

“My husband and I started Orangetheory at the end of May and originally signed up at the Orland Park location. Since we live in Frankfort, we’ve been bouncing between both studios—and it’s been such a rewarding experience!

We’ve had the chance to try out different coaches, and today I took Dylan’s class for the first time—wow. It was insanely tough in the best way possible! Dylan’s energy and encouragement kept me pushing through, and I walked out feeling stronger and so accomplished.

Moe is another coach who absolutely brings the fire—she’s a beast and knows how to motivate every person in the room. Both Dylan and Moe create such a positive, high-energy environment that keeps us coming back.

Joining Orangetheory and trying both locations has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our health and motivation. The variety, the coaching, and the atmosphere are top-notch. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean facility. Appreciated the women's bathroom being clean amd stocked, which is important when traveling with a team of girls. Using the soccer field as a softball field was a little awkward and they didn't use a pitching rubber, just a painted line on the floor. Which could have been done better. But overall it was a good experience.”
