Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”
