“Everything you need in one place. Check out their western wallets. Great selection of men’s attire. If you can wear it, they have it. Lots of pearl-snaps. Nice & friendly staff. Provided me lots of help in finding my size. Made sure my clothes matched and fit very nicely. I really appreciated that. I felt good about my experience and transaction. Money well spent. I couldn’t believe the positive customer service I had received. Again, check out their western wallets. Had mine almost 10 years and no wear but from an accident. My dad’s is holding up great too. “We had an amazing experience at House of Lala for my daughter’s lip gloss party! The space is adorable and perfectly set up for a fun, girly celebration. The kids had such a great time creating their own lip glosses, and everything was well organized and engaging from start to finish.
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making sure all the girls felt special and included. It was the perfect size for our group and made for great photo moments. My daughter and her friends are still talking about it!

“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”

“My mom took me here, and I’ve been to multiple Zumiez locations, but this one stood out the most. The manager, Jimmy, was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping us and even helped me put together some outfits and style myself. He made sure we knew about all the discounts and had such a great attitude the entire time. He was very kind, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.”
“The customer service at Buckle is outstanding. I've been shopping here for years, and I have always received my questions answered, had my sizes given to me on a store memo card, and received my orders quickly. While Buckle offers many brands, I like the Buckle Black, Outpost, and Salvage brands.”
“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

Customer service was great and I appreciated the sale and availability of gum shoes. Priced lower than the competition. I'm will be bringing my boys back. They sale clothes, backpacks amd shoes. “I went in today for a new pair of jeans and it was a great experience. I don’t love clothes shopping - and especially hate shopping for jeans. And this experience was so great! I was greeted right when I walked in and I had 2 pair of jeans pulled for me when I described what I was looking for. Both fit perfectly and I loved/bought them both as well as a few tops for summer.
I don’t consider myself super fashionable so I loved the help choosing items to try on. Changing room was spacious and comfortable. The store itself is inviting, clean, and adorable. I will for sure be going back!”

“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

“Today we started our Christmas shopping with this location and I am glad we stopped by here. Currently they have %25 off on every item, also %50 off on clearance items. This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. I will surely come back to this location more from now on.”
“Danny is amazing! I love cups and ordered a cup that was recently released, they canceled my order online so I called this location to see if they had by in stock. “This weekend was the first time my daughter and I shopped at Windsor. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. The selection was vast, the store was clean and very well organized, the employees were welcoming and the prices were reasonable. We went there for one dress and came out with two!”
“Shopped this past Sunday, July 2nd. Been in this shop many times but this past Sunday was disappointed by the lack of customer service from the employee working this morning. Something I find more and more today is the lack of friendliness and manners. Didn’t greet us when we entered the store. Didn’t thank me for my purchase. Maybe I expect too much in today’s world but I do expect a thank you when shopping and purchasing. Let’s teach employees some common sense and manners.”
“Went shopping today for an outfit for the weekend. I am 10 months post partum after having two babies back to back. Words can’t describe how badly I was dreading going shopping with how badly I feel about my body right now. Victoria approached me and was just this big ball of light, she was so sweet, listened to my needs, was pulling out different pieces that would go well together, and just had such a wonderful energy to her. She’s just one of those nice people that can make your day probably without even realizing her impact. Very kind person, happy to have met her today and worked with her”
