“You are a phenomenal representation of U-haul. They should model other u-hauls after your company. Keep doing what you're doing because it is excellent customer service!”
“The supervisor was extremely gracious. I absolutely adore him. Along with the customer service rep, the young lady always assisted us very respectful. I’m so sad that I forgot the name.”
“I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to rent a truck. Very pleasant people and quick service, clean and well maintained inside and out. Satisfied overall ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Friendly and responsive service. There was some misunderstanding on whether straps are included or not but that would’ve just been a perk because online U-Haul says they aren’t included. They were helpful as well even with attaching the hauler to the truck. Great people on site. I did call multiple times on multiple days to confirm reservation and ask questions due to the importance of this rental but Jack was responsive the entire time.”

“I rented from this dealer three times in the past two years, and have had an easy experience each time. They have earned a 5-star review with good availability on 15-ft trucks, trucks that are are clean and well-maintained, a check-in and return process that is quick and efficient, and rates that are fair and transparent. Lots of competition in our area, but U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer in New Lenox will continue to be my go-to for rental trucks.”
