I would give a zero. I was just told I had to buy a $4 roll of tape to attach my little label on my package or they couldn’t send it out. I asked if they had any. She said no. I was completely taken advantage of. And why? This is outrageous! How rude. Terrible customer service.

Hold packages until the last day , so lazy in my opinion! People have special occasions to attend and yall holding the packages until the deadline date. Not fair , very lazy , need to hire better people!
