I was extremely happy with the service I received, not only from Hailey but the rest of the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. They were able to work with me on the price and I felt the services they performed were reasonably priced. They also do oil changes as well. I also like the fact that it is a family owned business, I come from a family owned business background and anything I can do to help support a local family owned business can make a huge impact in their way of business. “First experience with Ed was over a year ago with my previous vehicle when he was to do a diagnostic on the transmission. Car ended up dying on the way to Pashco, 3 blocks shy of reaching their driveway. When we finally got the car into his shop and after he did an evaluation + estimate of repairs he did not hesitate to be upfront and honest that we should not waste our money saving the car because it's not worth it and to use that money as a down-payment on a new car. Also suggested we needed to get rid of that car and add6 fast as possible.Since then the wife has only been taking her car + her company fleet of work trucks and vans to Pashco.We did finally replace my vehicle and I do not drive much any more due to medical issues so maintenance is far and few between now on my car, but as of late I also have started taking my car only to Pascho.”
