“Fixed two rims for me that were damaged by an object in the road. One rim was cracked and they were able to repair it that day. The other rim was bent and they were able to repair it in about 20 minutes. I would recommend them for your wheels and tires.”

“I have been a customer of Discount Tire for approximately 30 years. Whenever I had an issue with slow leaks, flat, etc. Discount Tire has always stood behind their work without any controversy. I purchased a set of tires for one of my vehicles and 5- 6 months later had a problem with one of the tires, went back expecting a denial for waiting 5-6 months, and W0W! ? Discount Tire replaced the entire set of approximately $1,200 tires for free.

“This is my second time visiting this Discount Tire location and I am extremely pleased with current management there. Eric made sure to greet every customer who walked into the door. He reassured customers who were waiting that they would be checked in on in a timely manner. He was never standing around, but instead constantly checking in on each client. When he assisted me, he checked me in on his handheld, listened tentatively to my tire issue, noted it, let me know the game plan to check the tires, and how to problem-solve afterwards. I maybe waited 15 minutes or less before Eric was able to walk with me to my parked car and scan my tires with his handheld reader. He was very knowledgeable about the tire conditions and gave recommendations to replace the front 2 tires due to the present heat rings on them. He asked if I was interested in getting them changed, I happily agreed, and he explained several tire options in great detail so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. I wanted roughly until 6:17pm for my car to be completed on a Saturday. I will note that I did arrive as a walk-in around 4pm. Tire Discount closed at 5pm but assured everyone that their work would be completed before they left.”
