I will never TRY to rent from Budget again. My wife and I got into 2 cars that reeked of cigarette smoke. The customer service at the branch was even worse than the smoke. They also CHARGED us for the rental which we had to call customer service to get the refund

LIED about the upcharges/fees. When we picked up the car we declined the prepaid fuel package, I saw it on the screen and told the Budget Representative we did not want it and to take it off, she said "Oh it will come off when you return the car with a full tank" that was a lie and they charged us 82 extra dollars for it.

Joey one of the employees, was super unprofessional and could care less about his job and his customers. Would not rent from this company. It's rude employees are a reflection of their company.
