However as a collage student I found myself needing the extra money so I did some research on coin shops and found what a gem. After reading the reviews I took a few of my coins to the shop. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasure doing business with them and I’ll be back ! I came in not really knowing exactly what I wanted, but I ended up purchasing a PS5 Pro—and a huge part of that was thanks to Martin. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, easy to talk to, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was how knowledgeable he was. He walked me through everything about the system, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I fully understood what I was getting. He even took the time to explain the product protection plan in a way that actually made sense and feel worth it, instead of just sounding like an upsell.
The whole buying process felt smooth and comfortable. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional—it felt like he genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. On top of that, he even offered me a small discount since I was a new customer, which was a really nice surprise and made the experience even better.
You can tell when someone really knows their stuff and enjoys helping people, and Martin definitely gave off that vibe. It made a big difference in my overall experience.
