“My David Yurman chain’s clasp was broken. I took it to DY and they told me they’d have to send it out for repair, took it to another store and was told the same thing. I decided one last shot to take it to New York Jewelers. They took the chain to the back to evaluate the repair, and 10 minutes later brought it out repaired and polished. Even though I didn’t purchase my chain there, they refused to charge me! Would absolutely recommend this place, and will definitely be the Chicago area jewelry store I use in the future!”
