I had an internation package that was stuck in a loop between STL and O'fallon USPS. It was shipped back and forth 9 different times until the New Athens Postmaster put a hold on the package and picked it up herself. She went up and beyond!”
“It's a typical small town location. I often have to call out for an employee, but people are always available and nice. I even went here during the height of Covid when we had to form a line outside and go in one at a time. I've seen worst post offices”

Please note that there is a difference between the Post Office (this place) and the Official Mail Center (OMC) (a previous reviewer incorrectly gave this place a bad review because they thought the OMC was the post office).”
