Since Foresight has changed over customer service calls to their sight, customer service is suffering greatly at their call center, not at State Bank itself. Foresight if you are listening change it back because you have taken the small town, know it's customer, friendly and helpful feel to non transparent, poor customer service. State Bank knows it's customers and we feel it. Let them handle their customers.”
