Woodforest National Bank is a well-rounded company with friendly and helpful staff. Customers have banked there for many years, some for over 10 or 17 years, and highly recommend it. The staff is described as the friendliest, always amazing, kind, polite, nice, and efficient. They are willing to help in any way and go above and beyond, gladly assisting with every problem. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service they receive each time and note they have never had an issue with security. Even after relocating, some customers continue to call the branch for questions because the service is so reliable.
