No more having to wait for an employee to come from the back or finish helping customers upfront before getting to you. They now have for cashier areas up front on the same side. The store is clean and tidy and looks like it is in better shape.”

“The Shell soft touch Wash Service resolved my issue. The wash is not owned by the Shell, but by a separate company. They compensated me for scratches that I believe occurred when I heard a clicking noise going through the reciprocating washer in June (vertical scratch marks every 2 feet along the top of my passenger side doors). The fastest path to resolution is to ask Billy (the Wash Manager) to give you the 1-800 number and leave a message. RESOLVED”
