Goldmoor Inn is a quaint hotel and restaurant with a remote setting providing beautiful panoramic views over the Mississippi River. The inn and grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are perfect with notable attention to detail in furnishings. It is outstanding for both stays and special dinners. The food is absolutely out of this world, excellent, and a treat. Dishes are innovative, exquisite, and look like works of art or plates from a food magazine, with seasonal menu changes. The chef brings a wonderful dining experience. The service is also excellent, prompt, pleasant, personal, and over the top, with welcoming owners. The bartender is awesome. Guests enjoy a great free breakfast. It is recommended to book dinner around sunset for the spectacular view and to call directly for reservations to ensure the best rate. Patience may sometimes be needed. The overall experience is amazing, exceptional, and one guests look forward to returning to.

We came to Goldmoor for a birthday dinner, so we didn’t stay. That will change next time. Its remote setting is amazing, providing beautiful panoramic views wherever you look. The wait staff was prompt and pleasant, and the owner was welcoming and conversational. We can’t wait to come back and stay.
