“Outstanding customer service, I had a refrigerator, washer, & dryer delivered, and old stuff hauled away. The only thing is installers forgot to take the plastic wrap with them, I have a small basement, and the plastic wrap was tucked kind of behind the furnace. I didn't realize it until after they left. Not a big deal though, I have contractor garbage bags to put this in. It was pouring rain off and on raining in my basement entrance, so this is minor considering all they had to do.”
“We had great service when we took my new sewing machine in, we had messed up the tension on the machine and they kindly got it back into working order for us. The guy was very nice about it and the lady that we had talked to on the phone before we went in was also very nice and helpful.”
