I am at a lost to understand why it takes 12 days to deliver fuel less than six miles away from from the depot. Since Thermogas has been taken over by Ferrellgas, service and local contact has suffered.

We called for fuel and it was delivered as they promised. We didn't have any interaction with the driver and have not been billed yet.

Anytime I put online to deliver they are prompt to do so.
