It was over a month ago that I asked for the trip ticket from the truck. They have ignored my request. The truck driver is supposed to leave that with the home owner!!! Still waiting!!

I am at a lost to understand why it takes 12 days to deliver fuel less than six miles away from from the depot. Since Thermogas has been taken over by Ferrellgas, service and local contact has suffered.

Service is horrible and still waiting for someone to pick up tank!!! So I can cancel service. Long wait time on phone. Over all getting something done is very slow mostly if u don’t need fuel!!
