“This afternoon I dropped and cracked my phone screen. I dreaded going to the galesburg location to get a new phone. My last visit at the galesburg store 2.5 years ago was not pleasant to say the least. However, tonight I was greeted immediately by Ray Jennings, the sales manager. He was so kind and informative about all of my options. He had a trainee (named Christian) tag team and they both went above and beyond to get a new phone for me. They were both extremely knowledgeable of the products and services they can offer. But above all that, they were both so kind. It made my otherwise dreaded visit from a bad past experience a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ray and Christian for your excellent customer service. You are both stars!
