great internet and service usually. Losses stars because they closes there offices at 3:30 pm, well before alot of people off work. So if you have any issues then you can't get them resolved until the next day at best.

Garbage! I thought xfinity was bad. New customer here and I haven't been able to complete 1 thing without internet disconnecting and having to enter password. Fiber can't come soon enough.

I have been with Nova for the past 8 years. I work from home and service is great and reliable. The upgrades that have been made enhance an already great service. The office team especially the office manager is always responsive to my needs and any questions I have. I highly recommend Nova for your internet needs.
