My daughter was on hold for the pharmacy, 1 caller ahead. She had been waiting for 35 minutes and when 11 o’clock lunch hit, her call was disconnected after waiting all that time!!!

Extremely rude and extremely slow. I have been waiting an hour for a pre-packaged prescription that does not even need to be counted. Watching them standing around talking..
