“Ok. So this Dude is straight Forward. Honest to the T. He's old school With new school understanding. This is his own shop. It's not some big box business mechanic shop. Which I like that. Cause you're actually communicating with a person. Not some Corporate teleprompter. Shawn knows what he's doing, And he makes you aware of what he's doing.
He's not trying to upsell you on anything. He'll tell you What needs to be done.
If he finds alternative problems. He's gonna wait until you say yay or nay. He's not gonna just start putting crap on your vehicle without your go ahead. He's a straight up honest dude. And as long as I have to live in Illinois he's my go to guy. Truth is I wish he franchised, and trained people In his character. When you get to his shop you might be surprised to see some old school tow truck rusted up. And weathered looking signs. But that's just a sign of character of somebody that works hard in the shop And has appreciation Of history.
Hey you can take your car anywhere but in my opinion, If you're an honest person go to an honest place. This place won't lead you wrong. And prices are more than fair.”

This was a panic situation because they had no idea where they were. Jeff assured me we were in good hands and he would have someone there shortly.
