“The service at Bob’s Advanced Auto and Tire was exceptional great for my husband Ken Criner. He was straned on the road. He was on his way home, which is in Texas. He needed a tire on his SUV so he called their wrecker service. They came and took the vehicle to their shop and they put a tire on his suv and did not charge him anything and they did not charge him anything for the wrecker service. The staff was very helpful. “I was driving from Downers Grove to Springfield on I55 August 12th. It was pouring rain. All of the sudden my car would only go 35 mph. I got off at the Dwight exit and stopped at Jensen's BP. A couple of men looked at my car. One man drove it. They recommended that I take it to the dealer and that the engine has a lifetime warranty. They told me the best route to take back to my home to avoid using I55. Thank you very much for your help!!”
“Shawn is a good dude. Was stranded with a dead battery at 7 AM a block away from his shop. He drove over to give me a jump so I could drive to his shop, had a new battery delivered fairly quickly, and installed it with no labor cost. Honest and fair.”
