Called and asked if they carried a 4 pin fan splitter, got put on hold, then they pick up and immediately hang up after leaving me on hold, very professional.

This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.

I paid for warranty on my phone. After it stopped working I was charged another 50$ to activate my warranty. I didn't receive my warranty credit for my new phone. Very Frustrating.

Horribly deceptive sales associate and terrible customer service from corporate. Do not sign up for a Best Buy membership it is not worth it and a waste of money. I will never shop with Best Buy again. Amazon is way better.

Went to this Best Buy, because I was interested in buying a TV, I asked one of the Best Buy employees if I could get help because I had questions on one of the Open box TVs, and they told me they didn't know that much about TVs so they had to call another Best Buy representative for help. I waited for 15 minutes And no one was showing up. I asked the same person what happened to the Best Buy employee that was going to help me, She said he was busy and be over in a minute I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and no one showed up. Never going to the Best Buy again. Bad customer service.

In the last couple of years, I have spent a significant amount of money with Best Buy. Pretty much replaced all my appliances. I take advantage of putting them on my best buy card with zero interest. My main complaint is what they charge for delivery, installation , and takeaway. I purchased a dryer and a stove, and whst they wanted to charge as much as the dryer I was purchasing. Over 700.00! So we just went with delivery and we will do the rest. I understand they need to charge for these services, but they are in excess! I don't know if I will purchase anything else there.

Very good place to go to buy electronic items of excellent quality. Good cost-benefit ratio and better when there are offers.

Ordered a TV online and had it for curbside pickup and I ended up having to go in the store and wait in the long line even after I told the guy at the door I had curbside and still sent me to the back of the line just to tell them it was curbside pickup and I finally got it. It was December, so it was probably busier than usual. Chalk it up to an off day
