Best Buy is a very good place to go to buy electronic items and appliances of excellent quality with a good cost-benefit ratio, especially when there are offers. The location is relatively well-stocked with items like baby monitors and analog phones that other locations often do not have in stock, allowing customers to see and touch products in person. Many customers take advantage of putting purchases on a Best Buy card with zero interest. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful, and the store is well-organized. However, some customers report high charges for delivery, installation, and takeaway that feel in excess. While online ordering and in-store pickup are generally easy, experiences can vary, with occasional long waits even for curbside pickup during busy times like December.
Helpful staff was laid back and not pushy at all. My favorite Best Buy by far.

A massive, sparse store that reminds me of the last time I went into Fry's Electronics for the last time before they permanently closed. There were greeters at the door to direct you to where you need to go, but then there's no one on the floor to unlock the case if you need something. Very strange.

Best buy used to be mu go to place for info and support on all things electronic. Now its just another mediocre box store with over priced products. Very nice staff but totally lacking product knowledge.
