“First time at the shop in Geneva, the customer service was great. The lady was so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, it made me want to buy everything. I ended up getting a couple of things, I got the whole face skincare regimen. Toner dries my face out a bit. One of my favorites is the vitamin D serum, it goes on so nicely and feels great on the skin. I got the face cream, so far so good on that one. Aloe mask is awesome! I love the mask for a face lift and a pore clean after a long week of make up. Another one of my favorites is the hair growth serum, I believe it has rosemary in it. Anyways, highly recommend this as it has helped me so far. My hair feels thicker. Also the deodorant, I got the lavender one, so good. I love this place, it has anything you can ask for regarding self care. I recommend you check it out. Stopped at the Schaumburg location as well and great shop! 10, 10 recommend.”

“I think it’s quite silly for all the other stores in Geneva Commons to close at 9PM but your store closes at 8PM. I drove 30 miles to go to your store but you were closing in 5 minutes, and I was told immediately upon stepping through doors. The hours aren’t even displayed anywhere. Like I said I think that’s silly.”

“Great quality clothes. True to fit and seems made to last. I’ve had good experiences both times I went to store so far. Staff was helpful and even had to return leggings that stretched out too much at waist as I wore them around the house . They refunded me with no questions asked.”

“I love Cali & chance! The atmosphere is amazing and the clothes are so cute. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!”
“Recently, I had my first visit to the Geneva BR location, and it was such a pleasant experience thanks to Jasmine and Kat! They were both very professional and accommodating. I had an online return and alteration and was so impressed by the service that I ended up unexpectedly purchasing more that day. Kat even took time to steam my online purchased silk blouse for me. “Great clothing options for kids, teens, and young adults. The staff is super helpful. You get greeted the second you walk in. I love the vibe here. It's very chill and lay back ?They always have great music playing, and the place is super clean and organized.”
“Store was clean, prices are good, employees are friendly. Plenty of parking.One main issue is they only have one fitting room?? The other one for handicap is locked until a handicap person happens into the store and then happens to need to try on clothing, maybe they're not allowed in the other regular fitting room? However there were no handicap people around, yet one stall with a line of people waiting to try items on.Seemed quite ridiculous to only have one fitting room stall in such a large clothing store??I ended up buying the items knowing some may not fit only to return them causing wasted time and gas for me, and wasting employees time to return and restock items.For this reason, I probably won't shop for clothes here again and won't necessarily recommend clothes shopping here unless you have a lot of extra time to wait in line.”
