“I stopped in to the Randall Road store on my lunch break to look at TV’s. I had been to another Best Buy closer to home, but this store truly has the BEST customer service. Caleb and Ava were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They listened to what my needs were. They advised me on what would work best for us and why it was the best choice. We are super excited to get our new TV and confident they will support the entire process. Caleb even explained why the higher priced TV wasn’t really necessary for our set up. I appreciate the honesty! We’ll definitely be back to THIS store for future purchases!!”
