The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the young man that assisted me was awesome. But as I read through all the comments I see how you greet your customers when they walk in and walk out but when I walked in crickets and when I walked out same thing crickets..smh

My son took me to the Geneva, Illinois locationfor my yearly New balance shoe as one of my birthday gifts on April 16th and to donate a pair of my shoes as well. No problem with the size and the style, I get the same shoe every year. The New balance shoe is so comfortable, and of course the sales people are so nice! The sales people approach you kind of you go into that store for a reason and for the personal service, definitely, a full service store, it's more like a boutique. For a first-time customer at New balance, and serve getting your foot measure the old-fashioned way, there's an x-ray machine for your feet that you step on, and they let you know everything about your foot problems, I definitely have a foot problem that was actually diagnosed by a foot doctor, so the sales person was right on, he showed me a style of shoe in different colors, they put it on you tidal aces and you get to walk around, and the shoe that I have it's like you're walking on a cloud. Of what makes my visit so enjoyable to New balance Is it in a nice area, the store looks beautiful And the sales people are so friendly. To summarize my visit, I go to the Geneva location every year, and I always love my experience. My overall experience, The New balance store It's a place to go to from my walking shoes!

I came in just before closing and Mike helped me out. I came with questions about my walking / foot posture and looking for something that would last a while and help me with foot comfort, and left with a 3d scan and knowledge about what's going on with my feet in under 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this location and specifically Mike!

This is a great business. Customer service and knowledge is top notch! We had bought some shoes online and decided to return them in store. For some odd reason, New balance would not authorize the return. We discussed our options with Jef and Maurice and they could not have been more helpful. In the end, we were able to make the return with their help. We even got my son measured for the appropriate size shoe and we will definitely come back for any future purchases! Highly recommend you check them out! You just don’t find this kind of customer service many places! Thanks again Jef and Maurice!
