“Tom is nothing short of amazing! 2nd relax the back store that I have been to recently. First one was good, this one (because of people like Tom) is amazing. Tom showed me how much I really was slouching , the anatomy of the spine, what I was doing to it (gulp!) and the correct posture and the option for me. Will come back with wifie to pick out chair !! “We came into Office Max in Batavia and a friendly young woman named Michelle greeted us and asked us if we needed help finding anything. It’s been a while since we were inside an Office Max store so we wanted to browse and see what they had in stock for journals.
A gentleman by the name of Brenden rang up our items on the register and asked if we found everything okay. Overall the customer service was fantastic despite not being able to find a good journal for myself. We were still able to purchase an electronic pencil sharpener and a few nifty items we found on clearance.
Thank you to the staff of Office Max it was a pleasant experience.
