This is a great studio! I love the 20/20/20 workout format SPENGA offers. The studio is convenient and always spotless. Macey and Kaitlyn are awesome instructors who deliver a challenging but fun workout that makes the time fly by. Highly recommend!

Love the energy of the instructors and staff! Great music and a fun group. I am able to modify whenever needed to match my current fitness level. This has been a perfect way to get back at it!
