“I went in tonight to grab a few things to complete my at home mini bar. As someone with severe social anxiety the staff at this location were awesome. As a 21 year old buying alcohol still gives me anxiety and sometimes I get scared that I am going to be turned away because I look younger. But the staff did a great job at helping me find what I was looking for, making recommendations on what brands to get since I am still new ish to this and never once made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I even got a bag of chips for 1 penny for signing up with my phone number and buying a qualifying item. I will definitely be back and I truly appreciate how I was treated tonight. You guys are great :)”

“Five stars isn't enough for this place. I've been to a lot of glass shops over the years, and this one is in a league of its own. The selection is incredible, everything from affordable everyday pieces to genuinely stunning heady glass from local artists that you won't find anywhere else. The display cases alone are worth the trip.
What really sets it apart is the staff. Zero pretension, endlessly patient, and actually knowledgeable. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and instead of pushing me toward the most expensive thing on the shelf, they asked good questions and walked me to a piece that fit my budget perfectly. It's held up beautifully.
The shop itself is clean, well-lit, and organized, no cluttered chaos like some places. Prices are fair, they stand behind what they sell, and they clearly care about supporting glass artists, AND THEY'VE A POOL TABLE!!!
This is my go-to spot now, full stop. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out.”

“Man... This place is legit. Usually when I'm in this neck of the woods I'll go to Humidor. But this place came on the radar so I stopped by.
The cigar selection here is amazing. You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.)
The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend.
The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff.
Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area.”

“I purchased an electronic device here and I could not get the device to turn on. When I returned to the store the staff member was able to turn the device on as he was knowledgeable about the devices in the store.”
“An electronic rig of mine died and I thought I purchased the same version, however, it was the older one that I already had.
Upon returning, there was a situation with a staff member not adhering to business policies, or rather provided incorrect information to me, so my blunder couldn’t technically be resolved.
Fortunately, it seems that said staff member was on their way out of employment, and to not make a special exception on their polices, we worked out an agreement - I left satisfied and the store still made a profit.
I’ve yet to return to see if our agreement still stands and will update this review with more details if so or not.
Overall, this place featured cheaper items and stocked products that nearby larger stores didn’t have! Straight to business and none of that sales banter.”
