I experienced courteous and pleasant customer service. I had a very large box in my arms when I approached the door of the UPS location. An employee was kind enough to open the door for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by those working inside as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

This specific location is my go to UPS Store. Great customer service - very nice and friendly staff. I always pick UPS for my AMZN returns, when I can. They've been great to work with for shipping needs, as well.

Needed to return Amazon package, came in clear plastic, was a mess! The lady at the store so very helpful, kind! I will always go to this store! Thank you for the awesome experience!
