“I only come for Amazon returns (at the kiosk self served now). Most staff is friendly, and ready to help when I do traditional at the counter returns. However, one of the girls had a rude tone and told me to use the kiosk next time, even though the guy helping me literally offered to take my return right next to her. Plus, I had a question anyway.”

Siddhi (the owner) finally arrived and could not have been more sincere and sorry for opening late and quickly took care of our notary, copies and mailing. Siddhi took care of additional customers while completing our service, and processed all three customers in just a minute or two. In my experience, competitor stores would typically have taken 5 - 10 times longer than Saddhi did. She could not have been more knowledgable, focused or efficient! “Not really sure of all the bad reviews. Never had a bad experience here. Today was the best. Made an appointment for by kids to get passports, or so I thought I did, the man that helped us was like, not a problem I'll do it. He told me where I forgot to hit confirm. He was so nice. Even the ladies working here seemed super nice and friendly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you Streamwood post office for making my kids first post office visit exceptional!”

I came in a few months back with nothing but trouble from other shipping companies for a Watch I had to ship out of the country. Chris and Emma greeted me with a genuine smile and greeting as soon as I walked through the door. After I discussed my troubles with the other companies, they both guided me through such an easy process to resolve my issues. UPS, you have two employees that aren't just there for a paycheck, they genuinely care about your customers. Hats off to Chris and Emma for outstanding customer service!”
