This is the best of all the UPS stores in Kane county. People are friendly and helpful and you're in and out quickly. I have tried many others and they are rude and the parking situations are not great.

I experienced courteous and pleasant customer service. I had a very large box in my arms when I approached the door of the UPS location. An employee was kind enough to open the door for me. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by those working inside as well. I would definitely recommend this location.
