U.S. Bank Branch is a great local bank that focuses on the customer. The dedicated banking team is very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. Employees are receptive to customer needs and provide good service. The app is great and super easy for depositing checks, and the website is solid. Banking products and services include checking and savings accounts, credit cards, business banking, and home equity loans, which are straightforward. However, they do not provide advice on structuring beneficiaries.
Be careful and know your rights. USB employees are very helpful and try very hard but they do not provide advice with respect to how to structure beneficiaries or transfer on death. I got burned but I own it. Otherwise, they are a great local bank that focuses on the customer. Great app!

I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to work with Hermann Schmidt….he goes above and beyond every time, as does the Bank Manager Vu! Great job, gentlemen.
