The people are alright so far all of the big wigs pretty much work there and the building is quite big and it has a lot of stuff compared to the much smaller branches, it’s harder to see it when your on the road while getting there so there’s a chance you may accidentally pass it up. but otherwise there’s no complaints whatsoever.”

“Let me just say that beauty that comes out of people, especially during this terrible pandemic and even during my terrible time I was blown away by the kindness and stature of Pracilla, the customer service representative at this location. I know for a fact I am not spelling her name right, forgive me but I hope I get my point across when I say that I came in with a broken spirit when I had woken up at 5:30 in the morning only to discover that someone had stolen $300.00 out of my account. After having gone through 7 debit cards ever since this pandemic hit as online hackers have become very prominent, I had had enough and broke down and treated this woman poorly at first I am regretting to say as I wasn’t acting with my highest self and just felt hopeless. She has a beautiful accent but I didn’t think she understood Me in my emotional state, and was disrespectful and shame on me for that as I strive for unity in the world. But to the contrary she returned with nothing but professionalism and resolved my problem promptly and while showing me empathy at the same time. I couldn’t handle it myself and needed someone to take the reins and she got it done. I am thankful, I am grateful, and I am sorry for the way I treated her and she should be held in high regard. Very good customer service representative and very good at her Job. 5 stars across the board. God bless you. Again I am sorry, stay safe and healthy and I wish you well.”

“We were visiting friends in York England. Our debit card was not working to withdraw money at three different banks. We called the bank and Lordith stayed on the line until she found a way to clear the withdrawal and we got the money we needed. It was great service from a great distance away. They went the extra mile to solve our problem and it saved the day.”
