Employees are receptive to customer needs and provide good service. The app is great and super easy for depositing checks, and the website is solid. Banking products and services include checking and savings accounts, credit cards, business banking, and home equity loans, which are straightforward. However, they do not provide advice on structuring beneficiaries.
