U.S. Bank Branch is a great local bank that focuses on the customer. The dedicated banking team is very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. Employees are receptive to customer needs and provide good service. The app is great and super easy for depositing checks, and the website is solid. Banking products and services include checking and savings accounts, credit cards, business banking, and home equity loans, which are straightforward. However, they do not provide advice on structuring beneficiaries.

Melissa is such a great employee and a very good notary and such a wonderful banker to work with and such an asset to this company! It makes going to US Bank a good experience. She's wonderful.

Excellent customer service, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help with today. I waited a few minutes and then Carmen helped me open an estate account. She was very professional and nice! I definitely recommend this bank.
