Genoa Township Park District is a well-maintained asset to the community with something for all age groups. It features acres of land with a large paved trail for walking and exercise, music stations, and outdoor exercise equipment. There are two playgrounds, one for bigger kids and one for little kids, along with a skate park, basketball courts, ball fields, a garden, bags boards, and shuffleboard. The Genoa Waterpark is awesome with warm water and friendly staff. The park offers picnic tables in good grassy areas with some shade, benches, and a shelter. It is a nice place to spend a summer day and a very nice space that has grown over the years.
