Not sure why they still advertise a "members price" for gas though as Marathon got rid of that program for a cash back program. I loved the old program and didn't realize it was ending. Lost out on so many points. The location is great though. Get my firewood and propane here too. Workers are great. Always friendly.”

The husband and wife who run the store are always so friendly and welcoming, and they truly recognize and care about their returning customers. “Whenever I come in here, I always have friendly smiles, welcoming staff today I decided to dine in at Laredo Taco an excellent staff member by the name of Paul assisted me he prepared my food with great pleasure, and I believe he should be recognized of his excellent performance to staff for doing an amazing job of handling the food and making sure, food is fresh.assisting multiple customers the representatives here at the store work really hard and making the washrooms and atmosphere clean the outside of the store is clean plenty of parking diesel for your trucks. Also, plenty parking for semi’s. Everybody at the store location from the morning time to the evening time go above and beyond.”

“This Speedway was amazing. It was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The coffee counters were clean and stocked. The store was well-stocked. The customer service was exemplary. Shout out to KRISTINA the best customer service rep I've met in a long time.
I said in a post about Love's truck stop that I would not ever stop at this area again, I'd rather run out of gas. But my stop at Speedway has changed my mind. It is the only place I'll stop along this area of Highway.

“I had pictures developed here for a photo frame gift that I was giving to my son and daughter for their birthdays. I was a little hesitant because it was coming off of a photo from my i phone. I was going up to a 5”x 7” size and a glossy photo which is not very forgiving. But using the Walgreens Photo website was fairly easy to navigate and the photos were ready on time as promised. I have to say that the quality was decent, and everything came out perfect. I would recommend them if you need to get a project done locally and quickly!!!”

“Store #110 is fantastic! It was my first visit, and I was impressed. Outside area around the building and the pumps was clean, the pumps were in great working order, and I appreciated the safety stickers on the credit card reader.
The store interior was clean, orderly, and well stocked. THE RESTROOM WAS CLEAN AND IN GREAT SHAPE!!! And the customer service was excellent. I didn't get the name of the clerk, but he is tall, slender, with a salt/pepper beard, and deserves recognition from corporate. ??”

Even when my Rx was out of stock, they continued to update me that it's coming & (auto) reminded me that it's awaiting pick up.Every workplace has customers trying their best - it doesn't matter who's fault, just be kind & patient when resolving.”

CVS has great software for handling interactions with customers. And I continue to see improvements both in store and when using the phone system or app.
Not to mention the pharmacists are always super friendly and helpful, and I rarely have all the various complications and annoyances that plagued my interactions with the 'other' pharmacy chain. Thank you CVS :)”

I don't normally get gas here but I needed to redeem some rewards points for $1 off per gallon. I followed the redemption instructions, points were removed from my account, however, the $1/gal was not credited. I went inside to explain the issue and I was impressed how the manager stepped in to resolve he issue. She knew exactly what to do, advised the clerk how to proceed, and I was on my way within a couple of minutes, problem resolved. I wish I got the manager's name because she did a great job.”

“CVS in the Target in South Elgin is so good. The people (including the pharmacists) are so nice and always helpful. I switched from Walgreens about 5 years ago and am so glad I did. I get an unusual medication that isn’t used by anyone else, so it has to be ordered by the pharmacy each month (same for CVS and Walgreens). But CVS always orders it the week before my prescription is due. Walgreens didn’t do that and I always got it a few days late.”
