The place is very clean well kept all I can say is they should bring in wrestling mats for the wrestlers nearby that would be a unique additive for the local gym

Love the employees and their helpfulness. Started workinng out this month and they have answered every question with no judgment. Prices are fantastic which was a surprise because I always assumed going to the gym would kill my bank account! Its my favorite part of the day forsure. Clean, fun, friendly.
