They go over and Beyond there job description to help you with any of your shipping needs. They have helped with shipping issues and I allow me to ship with NO PROBLEMS! “I like the Uptown post office but How is anyone supposed to mail anything when the hours keep getting changed by staff? They've always been nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. Does the Postmaster General know about this? The hours they were open was until 4:45pm and has been for decades. The people here like this. Today there was several others trying to mail things when I tried to mail things but once again, another sign was taped to the window with yet Another change of hours. Is someone trying to intentionally get the Uptown post office to close for good? Sure does seem like it. Please stop this & go back to regular hours. Thank you”
“I didn't feel confident that my important mailing would be taken good care of at a different nearby USPS, so I tried this facility. Although my request wasn't easy, the helpful worker got me taken care of immediately, communicated clearly, and even gently reminded me of a couple things to ensure I didn't forget. Needless to say, I feel much more confident about my important documents getting mailed and returned to me because of the professionalism. Thank you!”

“I have no complaints about my experience here. There were two people in front of me and two behind me and we all got the same treatment and respect. My own ignorance to what I needed to do was my only holdup but I was given accurate assistance to get what I needed done. They for sure sell stamps and can mail things certified.”

“I didn’t know this post office was here, pleasantly surprised. I first stopped at the one in my town of Troy and they had one employee working and a line of about 10 people and they all appeared to have 2+ boxes each in their arms. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to leave for an appointment, but during that time only one person was helped. When I walked into this office both counters were open and there were two people ahead of me. The one window closed down after helping her customer, it was close to closing so to be expected. The other lady was very fast and efficient with her customers. She didn’t have much emotion as friendliness or any negativity, just professionalism, getting the job done and answering your questions and getting you in and out, I can respect that. The facility was clean. I read the reviews after I left and will leave the rating a 5 and will track my packages to ensure they arrive on time and without incident, if they do, I’ll keep the 5 and recommend this USPS Office.”
