Monthly rental fee was almost $40 less a month than I had been paying for same size area at another storage place. Was able to make all arrangements over the phone. Lock and keys were left in unit for me.”

The property is always clean, well lit, and the two access gates make it so I’ve never had a long wait to get in or out. My unit stayed dry all winter and everything is in good condition after a round of each season. Even when the property management company changed in the last year, communication was timely and clear. “This is the BEST STORAGE COMPANY ON TOWN, BUTCH IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HE REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO RENT FROM. HE KEEPS A CLOSE EYE OUT TO MAKE SURE YOUR STUFF IS SAFE. IF YOU NEED OPEN STORAGE HE HAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR YOUR TRUCK RV BOAT OR ANYTHING ELSE. HE RARELY HAS AN OPENING FOR CLOSED BECAUSE THEY ARE BY FAR THE LEAST EXPENSIVE IN TOWN.”
“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”
